Julie Cooney is a second generation broker, having attained her Real Estate license right after her high school graduation. She is currently a student at Appalachian State University, majoring in business management. She currently participates in the university’s Humane Society Club, volunteering time with the local organization, while working part time with Blue Ridge Realty & Investments.

Julie’s hobbies are learning about her family’s genealogy, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys the art of photography and design. Julie wants to manage and sell her own investment properties after graduating. She loves to travel, experience new cultures, and meet new people.
